Gurmit Singh holds a Master's degree from Delhi University and began his professional career with the United Nations in India before relocating to Japan in 1992 to join Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. In 1998, he founded the ATL Group and has since transformed it into a successful and diversified organization. As President, he continues to provide strategic leadership and drive the group's long-term vision and growth.
Masahiro Yamaguchi brings over 35 years of industry experience, primarily gained during his tenure with Yamato Holdings. He joined Kokyo Yamato Transport as a Sales Manager and steadily advanced to senior leadership positions. His extensive expertise and industry knowledge now support his role as Director at Auto Logistics Japan Ltd.

Rahul Kaushik earned his MBA in International Trade from MD University. He joined the ATL Group in 2013 as a Team Leader at Aozora Private Enterprises India. Through dedication and strong leadership, he progressed through the organization and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Auto Logistics Japan Ltd.
Kazutsugu Imada possesses extensive experience in the logistics sector. During his career, he held key management positions, including Nagoya Branch Manager at Benrein Agency Japan and Marks. He currently serves as an Advisor to Auto Logistics Japan while also contributing his expertise in senior leadership roles within the logistics industry.

Saurabh Endley
Chief Executive Officer (ATL Group India)
Saurabh Endley holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India). With more than 36 years of experience in operational and managerial leadership, including serving as a Joint Secretary in the Government of India, he now leads the ATL Group's IT initiatives and oversees its India operations.
Masakazu Hara graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University and gained international legal experience through training with law firms in Guangzhou and Jinan. He is a registered lawyer with the Osaka Bar Association and New York State. In addition to serving as Legal Advisor to Auto Logistics Japan, he is also a Representative Partner at Asunaro Law Office.
